The building

A three-storey restaurant in brick and steel, opening double-height across the street elevation. The scheme is a B+G+2 building of about 15,000 sq ft at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Our scope

Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for Tipsy Restaurant, working with Studio Barog. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
