Who we are

Skyland Infrastructures is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

Enquiry form. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, organisation, project location and the description you write. We collect these solely in order to reply to your enquiry and, if we are appointed, to deliver the work.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

Analytics. This site ships with no third-party analytics enabled by default. If analytics are enabled, the provider and its cookie behaviour will be described here before launch.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 24 months. Enquiries that lead to an appointment are retained for the period required by our professional indemnity insurance and by the statutory limitation period applicable to construction work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — our email provider, our hosting provider, and the form-handling service that delivers your enquiry to us — each under a contract limiting their use of it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within one month.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage — your choice of light or dark theme. That value never leaves your device and is not personal data.
