The building

A corner villa carrying a screened upper floor out over an open car court. The scheme is a G+2 building of about 6,000 sq ft at Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

Our scope

Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for Prem Singhal Villa, working with MJ Studio. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
