The building

A stacked-terrace villa on a falling plot, entered halfway up the slope. The scheme is a G+2 building of about 4,300 sq ft at Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

Our scope

Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for Jyoti Villa, working with MJ Studio. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
