The building

A Jagatpura house with the top floor cantilevered over a planted terrace. The scheme is a G+2 building of about 8,000 sq ft at Jagatpura, Jaipur.

Our scope

Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for Rakesh Ji Residence, working with Genesis Design Group. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
