The building

A linked pair of houses sharing a forecourt and a party structure. The scheme is a G+1 building of about 4,000 sq ft at Sikar, Rajasthan.

Our scope

Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for Kamal Ji Residence, working with Kushal Rathi. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
