A hotel over ground-floor retail, with the guest floors cantilevered clear of the showroom frontage. The scheme is a G+4 building of about 18,000 sq ft at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
Our scope
Skyland Infrastructures was appointed as structural design consultant for DK Associates Hotel, working with DK Associates. Our scope covered the structural concept for the building, modelling and analysis, and the design of the frame and foundations.
